There are various takeoff sites ,all are wind direction dependant.It is generally clear but the more the site gets used the better it will get as the owner is very friendly and want to clear sites to our requirements in due course

Pilot comments
The owner offers accommmodation to pilots and family,friends at reasonable prices .YOU have to book as the farm is used also as a hunting lodge .Accom is really typical african safari type with a nice open braai area for long debriefs after a days flying.Kamala,Bedford and Graaff Reinet are within easy driving reach.Area has great XC potential .It has only opened up now so All flights will virtually be site records
