Takeoff description
south faced, high in altitude, south of france, dont be late, thermals are strong after 11 am in summer. from luc en diois, folow gap direction, after 2 Km , you will find a special cross, turn right to go left at lesches en diois. 6 Km after, pass the nice village. 800m after, leave the tarmac and turn left,(sign : site de vol libre) 150 m landing on the right, continue 4 km till the end off the road. walk 200m easy (flat walk) and you will be on the take off (huge, suitable for 10 wings)

strong thermals in summer very good place for starting a cross country flight on north direction (grenoble, annecy...) with light south wind. dangerous when the drome valley brise is arriving from the north, your on lee side!!!
